Please follow these steps to complete application:

Step 1: Fill out and Submit this online Registration form, after reviewing in detail the PARENT HANDBOOK

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee and First month's (September)
              tuition via  E-transfer to
              treasurer@caminitosplayschool.com 

Step 3: Submission of 4 Signed Forms (BELOW)
              (1) Consent Form, (2) Student Information Form,
              (3) Pre-Authorized Payment Form &
              (4) Handbook Acknowledgment 
              to : register@caminitosplayschool.com
